Aromas:

This light, balanced and delicate wine will delight you with its aromas of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant, blackberry).

This cuvée is aged entirely in oak barrels, which favors its aromatic complexity by allowing numerous exchanges and bringing woody, toasty notes and new aromas of caramel and vanilla.

Food pairing:

This light, elegant wine can be enjoyed at a variety of moments. As an aperitif, it will awaken your taste buds. At the table, it goes well with poultry, red meats and goat's cheese.

Terroir:

North-south exposure. The soil is predominantly sandy, mixed with clay in the subsoil.

Service and ageing potential:

Domaine de Chambord wines can be cellared for up to five years. It is important to drink this wine at a temperature of between 14° and 16°, which will allow all its aromas to reveal themselves.
