Since 1978, Biscuiterie de Chambord has shone in the heart of the Sologne forests, thanks in part to its famous cookie: the Palet Solognot.

The cookie factory has never left its historic premises in Maslives, on the outskirts of the Chambord estate. Over the years, the product range has expanded considerably. Organic, sugar-free, gluten-free or aperitif cookies, there's something for everyone!

For several years now, the Domaine national de Chambord has been committed to working with rigorously selected local businesses. With its artisanal expertise, meticulous choice of raw materials and defense of a certain French art de vivre, the collaboration between Château de Chambord and Biscuiterie de Chambord was an obvious choice.
