The Chambord castle's Courgette soup comes directly from the estate's vegetable gardens. The soup is entirely organic and is the result of an ecological farming approach and a desire to produce healthy food.
Chambord is not only a castle, it is also the largest walled forest park in Europe with 5,440 hectares. Wines, honey, organic soups, jams and terrines made from the natural resources of the estate, we invite you to taste our local produce. In order to be part of a dynamic of territory and respect of the environment, these authentic products are cooked near Chambord by local craftsmen.
